Kamajhia is an American actress and writer. Kamajhia was born in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Growing up she went to a performing arts school involved in theater, dance, vocal, visual arts, and strings. She took part in theater productions and showcases at school. In 2019, she participated in District Thespians which led her to receive a Superior Award in Contrasting Monologues. Outside of theater, she did competitive dance with Britney Boyd Dance Company receiving accolades in Hip-Hop Solos and Hip-Hop Groups. In 2022, one of her short films “Cold Shower” was showcased at LOL Jax Film Festival and she was the winner for Best Actress. In 2023, she released her first poetry book “myself.now" on Amazon. In the 2024 season at the 5 & Dime Theatre, she landed the lead role of Janice in the production “The ripple, the wave that carried me home.” In 2024, she played Khadija Wilcox in The Call of Cthulhu: The Horror in the Clay in a fictional podcast series called Keeping the Bones directed by Jesse Keller with Folk Process.
